Photoshop Tutorial: How to identify selected layers by using Layers Edges [Rulers, Guides, Smart Guides in Photoshop]

In this video, we will be discovering how the users can identify selected layers by using Layers Edges. It is very basic and simple Photoshop information but it is very effective if you know this tool. Most often, we will be dealing with many layers in the project. When we have so many layers or dealing with small objects, it is quite difficult to identify which layers is which. Of course, you can name the layers or make groups so we can identify layers more easily. However, using Layer Edges is more efficient and simple ways to identify selected layers.

In my personal experiences, it is always better idea to name the layers and make a group while you are working with the Photoshop  It is good habit to have it from the beginning and it will definitely help you in a long run. So don't be lazy and start naming your layers and make groups.
