J Frankl Associates, Inc. is a growing contemporary design firm located in trendy Williamsburg, New York that specializes in new construction and renovation of commercial, residential and mixed-used buildings. We are currently seeking a full time Digital 3D Renderer with NYC experience to join our seasoned team of designers.
- Must have a Bachelor's of Architecture.
- Must be located in NYC
- Must have experience with building rendering and expert lighting capabilities
- Must be a very organized with excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience with building & facade design.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Must be well versed in AutoCAD Architecture [v.2014 a plus]
- Strong detailing is a plus
